Accessibility Statement
I strive to make my website as accessible as possible in accordance with the Federal Act on Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act), Federal Law Gazette I No 59/2019, as amended.
This accessibility statement applies to the website:
State of compliance with requirements
This website is partially compliant with the AA level of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) due to the following incompatibilities and/or exceptions.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a. Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
- Certain PDF documents are not fully accessible (missing tags, missing structure).
- In some cases, alternative texts are missing or insufficient.
- Occasional contrast issues with text and background.
- Some form elements are not sufficiently marked up for screen readers.
- Keyboard operability may be limited in certain areas.
b. Disproportionate burden
Certain PDF documents cannot currently be made fully accessible. Retrofitting them to be fully accessible would involve a disproportionate amount of effort. However, I will provide content in an accessible format upon request.
c. Content not covered by the legal regulations
Third-party content such as Google Maps may contain barriers that are beyond my control.

Enforcement procedures
If you do not receive satisfactory answers from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).
The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the complaints office. The complaints will be examined to determine whether there are violations of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations for action and propose measures to eliminate the deficiencies.
